Project overview

ARAdvert was developed as an augmented reality advertising platform spanning customer-facing web experience, internal dashboard tooling and supporting website delivery. The objective was to create a coherent product system rather than a set of disconnected digital assets.

Business challenge

Adtech products must balance user experience, campaign operations and platform reliability. If any one part is weak, the entire proposition loses traction.

The challenge here was to align these components into a practical delivery model that could support launch and ongoing iteration.

Delivery approach

I delivered the web application, dashboard workflows and website components as one integrated platform effort. Architecture and implementation decisions were made to support operational clarity as well as customer-facing quality.

This approach avoided common handover gaps between product surfaces and the internal tools required to run them effectively.

Results and impact

ARAdvert launched with a usable core platform and supporting operational capability, creating a stronger base for campaign delivery and product growth.

FAQ

Why treat app, dashboard and website as one delivery scope?

Because product success depends on how these pieces work together, not how they look in isolation.

Is this approach useful outside adtech?

Yes. Any platform with customer-facing and internal tooling components benefits from integrated delivery.
